??? School-Based SLP Opening | $90K–$98K | Midwest Wisconsin | Immediate Start

We’re hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 180-day school contract in Midwest Wisconsin, starting ASAP. This is a standout opportunity to support students in a well-organized, student-centered educational setting with high staff satisfaction and strong administrative support.

?? Position Overview

Contract Length: 180 school days

Start Date: Immediate

Salary Range: $90,000–$98,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

?? Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct speech-language services aligned with IEP goals and district priorities

Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and participate in eligibility meetings

Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student success

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines

Travel between school sites as needed (company vehicle provided)

Participate in team meetings, peer mentoring, and district-level initiatives

? Candidate Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred

Prior school-based experience strongly preferred

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Ability to manage caseloads independently while contributing to team goals
