Job Description Insight Global is seeking 2 part time helpdesk to sit remotely for a large local client! Key Responsibilities:  Provide phone-based technical support  Troubleshoot and resolve common issues such as:  Printer malfunctions  Email delivery problems  Basic networking issues  Assist with setup and maintenance of store hardware and software.  Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.  Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.  Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a helpful, professional demeanor.
