Job Title: Helpdesk Support Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior ERP System Administrator / IT Helpdesk Support to assist with day-to-day ERP operations and provide basic IT helpdesk support. You will help support our ERP system, Acumatica, while also helping resolve common technical issues for end users. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in both business systems and IT support within a growing organization.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for ERP users, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.Assist with data entry, data cleanup, and data validation across modules.Support daily operational tasks such as order processing, inventory updates, and reporting.Document processes, workflows, and system procedures.Assist in testing system changes, updates, and new features.Collaborate with departments such as Customer Service, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Sales to resolve system-related issues.Provide basic technical support for end users.Set up and configure user workstations, printers, and peripherals.Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Monitor incoming support tickets and escalate issues when needed.

Essential Skills

Associate’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.0–3 years of experience in ERP systems and IT support.Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Good communication skills for working with non-technical users.Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including filters, formulas, and data organization.Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Basic networking knowledge, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and printers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Exposure to Acumatica or other cloud ERP platforms.Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution environments.Basic understanding of business processes such as inventory, accounting, manufacturing, or order management.Experience with ticketing systems or IT support tools.Exposure to helpdesk or technical support environments.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
