Helpdesk Support Specialist
Description Role: This Level 1 Helpdesk resource will be handling 30-40 calls per day along with monitoring their email for dispatched tickets. Day to day: They will log into their phones, handle any incoming calls from end users, monitor their own ticketing cue, handle any tickets that were assigned to them or emailed to them. They will go through training for their first couple of weeks, learn their internal applications, shadow lead techs, go through their knowledge base to learn internal processes. Our tech needs to get along with not only the end users but his/her teammates. Also needs to be self-sufficient and work in a face paced environment and utilizing an enterprise ticketing system for managing tasks. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
