Helpdesk Support Analyst
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Helpdesk Support Analyst to join one of our largest financial clients sitting onsite 5x a week out of their Draper, UT office. This person will be joining the Senior Service Desk which provides technical support to the top executives at the firm. This desk operates globally, 24/7 and 365 days a year. This team works in a very fast paced environment providing white glove support, and the most successful individuals maintain a highly professional presence while resolving issues with quality in an efficient manner.
