**Job Summary:**
The Facility Helpdesk Operator is the primary point of contact for all facility-related requests, inquiries, and maintenance issues. They receive and log service requests, dispatch maintenance personnel, track the status of requests, and ensure timely resolution of issues. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, a customer-focused approach, and a basic understanding of building systems and maintenance.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in a facilities environment.
+ Proficiency in using computers and common office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
+ Experience with helpdesk software or ticketing systems.
+ Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
+ Amenable for 6 days, shifting schedule
+ Preferably can start ASAP
