We're now looking for a Helpdesk Operator to play a vital role in using customer forecasts to ensure correct levels of resources are in place to support all customer requirements.

\n

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nEnsure that clients-defined quality and service level targets are met as a minimum and that site and statutory imposed standards are achieved\nEnsure the contract complies with all Health & Safety regulations and company processes.\nCompliance with company and local statutory obligations regarding working time legislation.\nEnsure compliance with Safe Systems of Work ( SSoW's)\nOrganise and lead the focus on improved productivity levels by communicating with the customer.\nEnsure maintenance of planning parameters, order pictures and coverage of requirements. Responsible for ensuring the resolution of constraints and release orders to Stores.\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nMinimum 12 months of experience from within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.\nExcellent organisational and communication skills\nMinimum 12 months of experience in a customer-facing role\nIT Literacy - Microsoft Office\n\n
