This role is responsible for providing hands-on technical support to employees, ensuring smooth operation of daily IT needs, and maintaining a high level of service across collaboration tools and hardware. Skills and Requirements 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role. Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.). Experience supporting Zoom for meetings, webinars, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work onsite in Draper, UT five days a week.
