About the Role
Seeking a reliable and customer-focused Helpdesk Contact Centre Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming client calls and responsible for delivering efficient and professional service support.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and courteous manner Log work requests and service issues accurately using our online system Coordinate reactive maintenance jobs between clients and contractors Enter data efficiently and maintain up-to-date records Provide clients and service providers with information, including status updates and reporting data Prepare and send emails to contractors or clients as required
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a helpdesk, call centre, or customer service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests under pressure Strong organizational and time-management abilities Basic computer proficiency and comfort using online systems and email
