The RoleAs an Apprentice Service Desk Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our engineering and facilities operations while working towards a nationally recognised qualification. You'll gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and set yourself up for a successful career in business administration, IT support, and facilities management.
You'll learn to:
Support the Service Desk team with scheduling and planning work for engineers and subcontractors
Update and maintain jobs on our CAFM systems (Maximo and Click planning platform)
Monitor shared mailboxes, ensuring emails are actioned promptly and accurately
Review certifications, worksheets, and contractor reports, flagging any remedial work required
Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and supporting documentation for contract works
Assist managers with reporting, management information, and customer updates
Build positive relationships with colleagues, managers, engineers, and external suppliers
