Helpdesk Analyst
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Service Desk Analyst. This role is primarily responsible for providing first-line technical support via phone to approximately 175 clients. The successful candidate will utilize the ConnectWise ticketing system to manage and resolve a wide range of technical issues, including but not limited to printer malfunctions, network connectivity, Windows 10 troubleshooting, and VPN support. Following initial training, the analyst may be required to travel to client sites to provide in-person support for issues that cannot be resolved remotely. This includes face-to-face troubleshooting, network diagnostics, and follow-up on service orders. The role also involves extensive documentation, remote server support, and collaboration with third-party vendors.
