Seeking a Help Desk Analyst/IT Systems Administrator in Fullerton, CA + 5 days onsite + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Benefits Available for use Day 1 + Must have 1+ years of relevant IT/Help Desk experience Description We are seeking a motivated and skilled Systems administrator to maintain the availability of critical systems. You will be supporting internal staff who use Windows 11 desktops and external staff who use laptops, tablets, and smart phones. We are looking for self-motivated team player who is eager to contribute to the IT departments skillset. Responsibilities • Desktops & iPad setup, installation, and support • Windows Server Administration • Active Directory Administration • Microsoft 365 Administration • Entra admin center • SharePoint • Power Apps • Power Flow • Troubleshoot technical issues • Share after hours support • Perform and report related duties as assigned by the supervisor Skills And Requirements • Experience of Windows Server Administration • Experience of Microsoft 365 Administration • Experience of Active Directory Administration • Knowledge of LAN / WAN infrastructure. • Experience managing 2FA • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Friendly, can-do attitude with a strong sense of initiative. • Ability to grasp new and changing technologies. • Bachelor's degree in related field; OR 5+ years of systems administration experience Top Skills Details Help desk support, Help desk, Customer service, Troubleshooting Additional Skills & Qualifications • Sitting at a desk for long periods of time using computers, printers, phones, and other office equipment. • Being on call to ensure that the network and computer systems are always functioning properly. • Ability to work evenings and weekends. • Team environment • This position is 100% on-site and reporting to an off-site IT manager. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
