You will provide support to a program as part of a small team that provides Tier 2 Support. You will be the primary point of contact for providing our customer support with the TOPS application. This is a mission critical application that assists in moving our military and DOD all over the world. **Responsibilities:** + Analyze tickets received from Tier 1. + Update help desk tickets with root cause analysis and fix action. + Prioritize help desk tickets per the customer's expectation. + Assign tickets to the developers of the application when additional updates are needed. + Document common ticket scenarios, analysis process, and fix actions. + Update and create knowledge base articles. + Provide project support where needed. **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + Seasoned individual contributor. + Follows standard procedures. + Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. + 7+ years of experience. + Works well under limited supervision. + Provides assistance when needed. _Desired:_ + Active **Secret security clearance.** + Bachelor's Degree or higher. + Ability to demonstrate on the job learning. - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
