Help Desk Representative

Job Description
An oil and gas client is looking for a help desk representative to join their team in Denver, CO. You will assist with 10-20 tickets a day ranging from password resets, access, troubleshooting connections, issues with iPads or iPhones out in the field, WebEx and Cisco phones as well as executive deskside support.
We are looking for someone that has a strong technical aptitude working in an array of different environments, comfortable working deskside with internal clients, providing executive support and willingness to learn new technologies as the environment continues to evolve.
Compensation:
$65,000 to $75,000 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
-3-5 years of help desk experience
-Experience with an ITSM tool
-Experience supporting c-level executives -Experience working in the oil and gas field
-Experience troubleshooting iPads and iPhones
