This is a mixture of hands-on and administrative duties.
Help Desk Manager
Meeting SLAs for clients as well as creating performance metrics. Performance metrics is something they need help creating. They have SLAs in all of their contracts with their current clients, but creating performance metrics is where they need the most help as they continue to grow and evolve as a company. This person needs to be able to manage a 10 person team and also be a point of triage for all escalated issues. Additionally, this person needs to be comfortable and have experience doing the administrative duties of a manager. ***Being able to communicate effectively and the ability to present in front of executives is a must.***
Qualifications:
Three (3) or more year of experience in a Help Desk manager/lead
Excellent customer service, communication and analytical skills
Positive, professional, team player attitude
Strong work ethic and ability to self-motivate
Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Technical aptitude with a focus on continuous learning and development
Functional Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Products
Preferred certifications: ITIL, CompTIA A+, and Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
Skills
Windows 10, Active directory, microsoft, management skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Personality is huge. Looking for positivity and get-it-done type attitude. Must be okay with doing administrative tasks such as reports and presentations.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
