NTT DATA Services currently seeks a HEDIS Data Analyst to join our team in remote in the US.
**Summary:**
Looking for a senior data analyst to support the team responsible for generating HEDIS quality metrics/care gaps and reporting data to our respective payers. This role will also support the enterprise in the implementation of a new value-based care platform including serving as the subject matter expert around clinical quality data/measures and being able to validate the data reported in the new platform.
**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Serving as a subject matter expert on the analytics team when it comes to clinically-based HEDIS metrics
+ Helping to maintain the processes that ingest and integrate claims and clinical data to produce quality metrics and associated care gaps
+ Helping support the submission of clinical data to respective payers
**Required Skills/Experience:**
+ Minimum of 5 years experience working with clinical data and quality measure calculations
+ Minimum of 3 years experience with QA testing, including the creation and execution of data-focused test cases
+ Minimum of 2 years strong understanding of HEDIS measures and how claims and clinical data work to inform those measures
+ Minimum of 1 year knowledge of healthcare data formats and standards (e.g., HL7, ICD-10, CPT, LOINC, SNOMED)
**Preferences**
+ AWS Redshift experience preferred
+ Ability to work well within a cross-departmental team
+ Ability to effectively communicate with non-technical colleagues

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($45.00 - $45.00/hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
