Position Benefits: + Monthly Profit Share - Upon meeting eligibility period + $150.00 Annual Boot Allowance + $160.00 Annual Prescription Safety Glasses + Monthly health and safety training Company Benefits : + Aetna Meritain (2 plan health insurance options) + Company Sponsored HRA (Health Reimbursement Card) + Excellus Dental + Excellus Vision + Pet Insurance / Pet Discount Program (3 program options) + Elective Colonial Supplemental coverages available (accident, medical bridge, cancer, disability, Life/ADD, Teledoc) + Company Sponsored Group Life Insurance (1x annual salary) + Free EAP- Employee Assistance Program + 401K with Company Match + PTO (Paid Time off) + Six (6) Paid Holidays + Wellness Program Responsibilities: + Window Activities + Provide an interface for requests about parts kept in inventory. + Provide status of requests for Special-Order Parts. + Working knowledge of performing warranty and core returns. + Contact vendors for delivery status updates. + Greet delivery drivers and sign receipts for vendor packages. + Enter, receive, and close purchase orders. + Update or credit parts on unit repair orders. + Maintain accurate records of daily transactions. + Inventory Controls + Locate and gather parts for mechanics or window customers. + Perform inventory cycle counts. + Create invoices for external customer part transactions. + Add new parts to the current system and appropriate inventories. + Transfer parts between corporate inventory locations. + Work with vendors for warranty and core returns. + Place parts in proper stockroom locations. + Complete and maintain forklift certification. + Drive to the vendor’s location to pick up parts, as required. + Maintain a safe and clean work area + Regular Attendance & Punctuality. + Proper use of PPE. Preferred + Experience with TMT. + Experience with Microsoft Office. + Experience in inventory settings. + Problem solving skills. + Experience with heavy duty/diesel parts (1 year). + Experience as a parts department team member or a service technician. Qualifications Requirements : + Ability to follow directions with attention to detail. + Valid Driver’s License. + Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and agree to company drug free workplace policies Physical requirements: + Must be able to lift/move up to 75 lbs. + Must be able to read, write, talk and hear. + Must be able to sit for long periods of time; walking short distances is required.
