💵 Pay Range: $22 – $26/hour
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays

What You’ll Do:

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you’ll be a key part of our operations team, responsible for:

Operating a variety of heavy equipment including bulldozers, wheel loaders, motor graders, scrapers, and compactors.Conducting routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment safety and performance.Promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.Collaborating with customers and team members to resolve service issues in a safe and sustainable way.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment.Solid understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.Ability to read, follow, and enforce safety procedures.A proactive, safety-first mindset and strong communication skills.
