**Job Details: Heavy Equipment Operator**
+ Pay: $25-$30/hr with weekly pay.
+ Location: Initial project in Pueblo, future assignment in Lone Tree, CO.
+ Primary Responsibilities:
+ Operate heavy equipment on commercial construction sites.
+ Install underground utilities for new build construction projects.
+ Perform tasks such as digging trenches, laying pipe, backfilling trenches, and grading.
+ Assist with various aspects of construction work, including manual tasks.
**Additional Requirements:**
+ Meetings: Attend mandatory Monday morning meetings in Calhan, Colorado
+ Work Locations: Primarily in locations ranging from Castle Rock to Pueblo.
**Skills Desired:**
+ Proficiency in cutting grades to +/- 0.10’.
+ Ability to interpret specifications and drawings accurately.
+ Experience with loaders, skid steers, and track hoes.
+ Competence in using levels and lasers to shoot grades.
**Shift:**
+ Standard Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
+ Extended Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.
+ Workweeks: Consistent 40-hour workweeks, aiming for 45-50 hours depending on weather conditions.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $62400.00/yr.
Most benefits offered below start at the employee's 90 day employment date.
Primary Care benefit - (not health insurance, no major medical - covers primary care only) $79/month per person. The employee coverage is paid after one year of service. Employees must pay for any dependents.
Life Insurance - term/$150,000 - paid by Employer.
Retirement - offered through the Colorado SecureSavings program, 5% of gross wages, no company match.
Vacation - one week paid after 1 year of service. two weeks after 2 years of service.
Paid holidays - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day.
Sick Time - effective upon employment, Colorado standards - 1 hour for every 30 worked, up to a max of 48 hours/year. No carry over.
