Iron Mountain is seeking a reliable and motivated Heavy Machine Operator to join our Warehouse Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery, the processing and destruction of physical assets, and learning the essential maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure smooth facility operations. You will be part of a collaborative team in Stow, Ohio, dedicated to safety, security, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts, shredders, or balers, to process, store, and destroy physical assets while strictly adhering to safety protocols and operating procedures.

Collaborate with warehouse leadership and team members to learn and perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment, ensuring the protection and longevity of our facilities.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards by accurately auditing goods received, managing inventory flow, and maintaining precise records of asset shipment and storage.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, specifically in operating heavy machinery or material handling equipment.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and a willingness to learn equipment maintenance techniques.

Proven ability in executing precise tasks, such as loading and unloading materials and maintaining accurate inventory counts.

High School Diploma or equivalent; current forklift certification is a plus.
