**_Heavy Equipment Operator – Site Prep & Grading_** **Location:** Bel Air, MD (Projects throughout Baltimore & surrounding areas) **Pay:** $25–$27 per hour (based on experience) **Schedule:** Full-Time | 40+ hours/week **Job Summary:** Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Heavy Equipment Operators** for site development projects based out of **Bel Air, MD** . The ideal candidate will be experienced with **dozers, mini excavators, and skid steers** , and skilled in **fine grading** . Projects include **retaining wall prep, pond muck-outs** , and general excavation. **Job Duties:** + Operate dozers, mini excavators, and skid steers safely and efficiently. + Perform fine grading for site preparation. + Muck out ponds and prepare sites for retaining wall installation.
