Summary: Seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics to perform maintenance and modifications on Abrams Tank vehicles.
Must be a US Citizen
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license required; ability to obtain tank driver's license
Experience with maintenance mechanics on Abrams Tanks (M1A1 SA, M1A2 SEP V2, SEP V3)
Willingness to work 100% onsite and travel 50% of the time
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with operation, maintenance, and modification work orders on Abrams TanksResponsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance checks and services on Abrams Tanks
Install modification work orders (MWOs) on tank variations
Read and interpret troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures for systems and components
Maintain accountability of special tools, test equipment, and property
Execute additional duties as assigned by maintenance leadership
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
