Powered by passionate people, we bring the right teams with the right skills together – offering both experience and regional expertise so companies can operate their day to day, confidently and successfully. **Job Description** Responsibilities: + Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning walls and windows + Maintain cleanliness of washrooms, including hourly checks and restocking supplies + Remove garbage from waste containers throughout the mall and clean up litter on walkways + Use proper cleaning practices, supplies, and equipment + Handle and dispose of hazardous materials and blood-borne pathogens according to state and federal regulations + Perform other janitorial duties as required + Ensuring mall is ready for opening and cleaned at closing time + Keep sidewalks clean of garbage + Leaf blowing and power washing areas **Qualifications** Qualifications: + Working knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies, and equipment + Familiarity with proper use of cleaning chemicals in compliance with regulations + Understanding of hazardous materials and blood-borne pathogen disposal procedures **Additional Information** Dexterra Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
