**Job Title: Heat Treater Helper** **Job Description** Join our team as a Heat Treater Helper, where you will play a crucial role in the heat treat process of manufacturing screws. You will be responsible for preparing bolts for the heat treatment by placing them individually in metal racks, ensuring they are coated properly during the furnace process. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the heat treat process by preparing 12-18 inch bolts for treatment. + Place bolts individually within metal racks for optimal coating during furnace treatment. + Stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift while ensuring accuracy and safety. + Collaborate with heat treat operators and maintain a clean and organized work area. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general production and racking. + Ability to perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, housekeeping, unloading, and loading. + Proven track record of attendance from previous employers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a heat treat facility or similar environment is beneficial. + Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing setting. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees by treating all team members, including temporary staff, with respect and inclusion.
