**Date Posted:** 2025-05-22 **Country:** Singapore **Location:** 18 Bedok South Road, Singapore **Position Role Type:** Unspecified Responsibilities: + Setup, operate and trouble-shooting in handling of Vacuum Carburize, Gas Nitride, Atmospheric and Vacuum Heat Treatment equipment and processes. + Setup, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gages and fixtures for making accurate inspection checks + Enter all information on quality documents accurately and timely. + Maintaining active certified machinist status. + Read and interpret blueprints. + Adhere to EH&S & CORE requirements in the work place. + Work in an orderly fashion keeping work areas, benches and machinery in a tidy and clean condition after used. + Perform daily housekeeping and sustain 5S implementations. + Engage in any other activities or responsibilities as requested by the Supervisor. + Notify the Supervisor of any furnace/machine or tooling problems which could jeopardize product quality or infringe safe work conditions. Requirements: + NITEC qualification in Precision Engineering or equivalent. + At least 5 years related experience in Heat Treatment processes + Work experience in heat treatment work environment is preferred but not necessary. + Basic command of written and spoken English. + Physically and mentally fit & willing to perform rotating shifts. + Able to tolerate high temperature work environment _RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
