Summary: Seeking a Heat Treat Supervisor with experience in managing union environments and expertise in heat treat processes.
Able to work 10-hour shifts
Prior leadership within a union environment
Five plus years leadership utilizing ERP (Epicor used)
Hands-on heat treat experience
Experience in training and developing staff
AS9100 experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Manage Heat Treat Department including hiring, training, work assignment, and development of staff
Promote a safe and positive work environment
Drive change and continuously improve processes
Ensure adherence to procedures supporting industry standards
Suggest procedural changes for continuous improvement
Maintain efficient workflow using proper equipment and quality procedures
Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
