This is a Per Diem position on day shift with NO benefits.
JOB SUMMARY:
+ Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patient's needs.
+ Demonstrates appropriate knowledge of growth and development
+ Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients
+ Makes initial assessment, and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidenced by appropriate documentation
+ Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidenced by appropriate documentation.
+ Completes Admission Assessment in time frame established, according to Policy and Procedure.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
+ One year previous diagnostic/invasive cardiac cath lab and/or EP LAB
+ Florida State license as RN
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within six months of hire.
