The company operates through formal contractual agreements with hospitals, surgical centers, outpatient facilities, and home care organizations. They are building a collaborative, KPI-driven virtual team with clear incentives to accelerate growth.\n
Why does this role exist?
The company needs dedicated SDRs to rapidly secure vendor contracts and purchase orders from healthcare facilities so the recruiting team can start filling requisitions and generate revenue faster. This role exists to own high-volume outreach, initiate and manage vendor onboarding, and drive master service agreements (MSAs)/purchase orders (POs) to signature with minimal supervision. Your mission is to turn persistent, professional outreach and follow-through into signed contracts at scale.
The Impact you’ll makeContract Acquisition and Vendor Onboarding\nMake high-volume outbound calls to hospitals, surgical and outpatient centers, and home care companies to initiate vendor onboarding\nEngage hiring managers and purchasing departments; discuss terms and negotiate to advance MSAs/POs\nSend contracts promptly after calls and manage the signature process end-to-end with relentless follow-up\n\n
Pipeline, Tracking, and Reporting\n\nMaintain meticulous records of outreach, decision-maker conversations, and contract status in the CRM/spreadsheets\nBuild and continuously update target lists; log activities and next steps to ensure no lead goes cold\nProvide daily/weekly reports on activity, progress to goals, obstacles, and wins\n\n
Collaboration and Communication\n\nJoin daily check-ins via Google Teams/Zoom; share updates, learnings, and next actions\nCoordinate closely with other VAs handling recruiting/interviewing/payments to ensure smooth handoffs once contracts are signed\nUse AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to draft professional emails, follow-up notes, and outreach templates\n\n
Tools, Email Setup, and Process Excellence\n\nSet up and manage company-specific email accounts on the new domain for professional outreach\nLeverage CRM tools and job boards (CareerMD, MD Job Site, Indeed, Craigslist) to source contacts and opportunities\nRefine call scripts, email templates, and follow-up cadences to improve conversion and cycle time\n
