Healthcare Recruitment Sourcer
PruittHealth is seeking a full-time Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This partner must reside in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, or South Carolina. This position will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to identify and engage top prospects for high volume positions. We’re looking for someone excited about driving growth and innovation by finding and engaging talent support for our post-acute care and long-term care facilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: + Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and hiring strategies with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations. + Research and qualify top prospects for frequently filled and hard to fill roles for Skilled Nursing and Long-Term care facilities. + Identify prospects through strong research and networking skills by using sourcing platforms, Healthcare sites and networking through alumni groups, recruiting events and conferences. + Craft and send recruiting emails and messages to establish a strong pipeline of candidates. + Develop strong relationships with hiring teams and leverage their networks to generate strong pools of candidates. + Implement and execute innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates and submit to Recruiters for review against current openings. + Implement creative and target search/marketing strategies that help recruiting staff be more successful in pipelining both active and passive candidates. + Report on effective recruiting trends and make recommendations. + Partner with Recruiters and Communications to distribute content through various social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). + Manage prospect pipelines using Taleo, our Applicant Tracking System. + Support our employee referral program with an eye towards increasing the diversity of candidate pipelines. + Build and maintain relationships with local colleges and universities, in an effort to kick of our College/University Recruiting Program. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: + 4-year BS/BA degree preferred. + 2 years+ relevant sourcing/recruiting experience required. + Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role + Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) + Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs), and all Microsoft Applications + Solid verbal and written communication skills + Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates + Effective time-management abilities Family Makes Us Stronger.
