Position Overview:

Achieves staffing objectives by sourcing, recruiting, screening and interviewing job candidates and select top talent to present to internal clients. Position Responsibilities:

Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build candidate pipeline for openingsScreen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screensSchedule InterviewsFunctionality in Workday Applicant Tracking System to include posting job requisitions, processing offersFast paced environmentAttention to detailStrong documentation skillsTeam collaborationGood communication both verbal & writtenWorks well leadership across multiple departmentsOrganization/Attention to detailsFollow up/Monitor resultsKeep pipeline of candidates engaged/warmAbility to multitasksStrong prioritization skillsFlexibility to quickly shift focus with business needsUnderstand co-employment lawsEvaluate applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirementsWork and collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and job specificationsUpdate job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networksCommunicate effective recruitment strategies and constantly developing and improving upon ‘best practices’ while providing accurate and thorough documentation on contract employees through applicant tracking software.Communicate effectively with others to create a productive and diverse environmentMeet or exceed daily and weekly activity metrics and objectives as set by manager

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

4-year college degree strongly preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience working within an Talent Acquisition function required OREquivalent combination of education, training, and experience requiredDemonstrate a high degree of discretion and confidentialityPossess strong written and oral English communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to self-motivate and make decisions independentlyFlexible in responding to unanticipated situationsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse culturesAbility to use a standard computer, talk on the phone and sit for extended periods of timeHave a desire to learn and advance in a fast-growing environment and capable of using good judgement and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements

The potential base pay range for this role is 40-50$ per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
