Healthcare Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support full‑cycle recruiting for a high‑volume, fast‑paced healthcare environment within a large tech company. This is a contract role that is 100% onsite in Nashville, TN, requiring a hands‑on recruiter who can manage the recruitment lifecycle end‑to‑end while partnering closely with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare recruiting experience, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex and hard‑to‑fill roles with confidence and professionalism.


Key ResponsibilitiesManage full‑cycle recruiting from intake through offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer managementPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring prioritiesConduct candidate interviews and assess qualifications, fit, and readiness for hirePrepare and extend job offers and support candidates through acceptance and onboardingFacilitate or support new‑hire orientation activities as neededConduct exit interviews and process employee status changesMaintain accurate documentation and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Support recruitment for hard‑to‑fill and specialized healthcare roles, including senior‑level or executive searches as neededProvide guidance, direction, or informal leadership to others involved in the recruiting process when applicableRequired Qualifications5–8 years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare or a closely related industryBachelor’s degree requiredMinimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experienceStrong working knowledge of full‑cycle talent acquisition practicesExperience recruiting for difficult‑to‑fill roles and managing multiple requisitions simultaneouslyProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience preferredPreferred Skills & ExperienceExperience with executive or senior‑level recruitingStrong judgment and decision‑making skills with the ability to operate independentlyHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detailAbility to adapt recruitment strategies based on evolving business needsCreative and strategic approach to sourcing and candidate engagementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWork Environment & ScheduleFully onsite role based in Nashville, TNContract positionFast‑paced, collaborative healthcare setting requiring in‑person partnership and engagementJob Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
