Hiring a Recruiter for a Healthcare team at a large tech company in Seattle, WA! Job Description The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including conducting interviews, checking references, making offers, and facilitating orientation for new employees. The role also involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. This position requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or a related area. The Recruiter should be familiar with various concepts, practices, and procedures within the field and rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The role may involve leading and directing the work of others, and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Responsibilities + Recruit, interview, and check references for potential candidates. + Make job offers and conduct orientation sessions for new employees. + Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. + Lead and direct the work of others as needed. + Utilize a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures to achieve recruitment goals. Essential Skills + 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field. + Bachelor's degree. + Proficiency in healthcare recruiting with at least 1 year of experience. + Familiarity with talent acquisition and executive recruiting. + Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to handle hard-to-fill positions and executive recruitment. + Strong judgment and decision-making skills. + Creativity and latitude in planning and executing recruitment strategies. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
