We are seeking an experienced Recruiter II to support a specialized healthcare recruiting team focused on virtual medical services and population health programs. This role is responsible for full‑cycle recruiting in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and will partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality talent.
This is an onsite role and an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys supporting mission‑driven healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full life cycle recruiting from intake through offer for healthcare roles
Support high‑volume hiring with an average recruiting cycle of approximately 40 days
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting guidance
Source candidates proactively using a variety of recruiting methods and tools
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong role and culture alignment
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking within the applicant tracking system
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with a team of recruiters through regular check‑ins and team meetings
Required Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience
Healthcare recruiting experience (required)
Proven experience with end‑to‑end / full life cycle recruiting
Demonstrated sourcing experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑moving environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Greenhouse or comparable ATS platforms
Highly resourceful and comfortable asking the right questions
Strong communication skills and stakeholder partnership ability

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
