NTT DATA Services currently seeks **Healthcare QM Anlayst** to join our team working 100 % remote. This positon is a long-term temporary job.
**Job Summary:**
Works with internal staff across multiple departments to assist with data sources, processes and activities required to meet regulatory compliance requirements with a key focus on Utilization Review (UR) /Utilization Management (UM). Data gathering requires navigation through multiple system applications. Ensures accurate and complete documentation of required information to meet risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**
· Works with internal staff across multiple departments to assist with data sources, processes and activities required to meet regulatory compliance requirements with a key focus on Utilization Review (UR) /Utilization Management (UM).
· Data gathering requires navigation through multiple system applications.
· Ensures accurate and complete documentation of required information to meet risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
· Candidate must commit to attend all required training and conference calls assigned for the project.
· Candidate must return all equipment that is supplied to them in good working condition and in a timely manner at the end of the project
· Must keep all information collected in a safe, organized and confidential manner while maintaining confidentiality of PHI, HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
· Workspace able to accommodate laptop and up to 2 monitors
· Reliable internet connection
· Private uninterrupted workspace to maintain HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
· Entering state legislations, citations, and/or regulations into QuickBase portal
· Prepping signature in amendments and policies as required
· Triaging, organizing, and prepping regulatory projects from all intakes into QuickBase portal
· Assisting with prepping Binders for regulatory exams and/or filings
· Pulling/requesting policies
· Pulling staff counts related to licensure
· Pulling job descriptions
· Ombudsman/ERISA (administrative duties)
· Any administrative type tasks as required
**Minimum Job Qualifications:**
· 1 year of HEDIS or UM related experience.
· 1 year of Medical knowledge/terminology is required.
· 1 year Prior experience in performing data collection.
**Preferred Qualifications**
· Professional demeanor and good work ethic.
· Computer savvy: Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams/ Outlook, and Adobe reader required. Know how to save a file to a folder.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills – clear, concise and appropriate.
· Conscientious problem solver, willing to learn, and take personal pride in their work performance/accuracy.
· Exceptional attention to detail and excellent analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills
· Proven organizational and time management skills including the ability to meet required deadlines
· Prioritize and accurately complete tasks within established times
· Able to maintain project productivity levels while maintaining accuracy requirements for data entry activities
Clinical experience/background is preferred but not required.
· QuickBase experience is preferred but not required.
· Utilization Review (UR) data experience
· MedCompass and ATV experience
· Legislation Review and process
**Education** :
Verifyable High School diploma or GED.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is 35-38.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
