The individual will support performance reliability and execution, promote customer retention and growth, and foster a differentiated customer experience with UPS. **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct short- and medium-term project management + Provide client advocacy and critical issue resolution + Support compliance collaboration, risk mitigation, process improvement, and other value-added service + Oversee standard operating procedures (SOPs), manage statements of work (SOWs), and support other operational and technical engagements + Coordinate and deliver regular reporting + Drive quantified value for our customers + Facilitate internal and external meetings + Understand UPS Healthcare offerings, products and services **Qualifications:** + Effective written and verbal communication skills + Demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with customer service, operational, technical, quality, financial and other functional teams + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications + Ability to analyze data and translate insight into recommendations + Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience + Healthcare Logistics Distribution experience preferred **OTHER CRITERIA:** UPS is an equal opportunity employer.
