**BIOAXIS** Healthcare, an **IQVIA** business, the largest company that specializes in the provision of high-quality Patient Education and Care Services, through patient support programs, is seeking for a Healthcare Professional Network Supervisor. **Role Summary** The Healthcare Professional Network Supervisor will be responsible for managing and expanding our network of healthcare professionals (HCPs) to ensure the successful delivery of Patient Support Programs. This role involves building strong relationships with HCPs, overseeing program implementation, and ensuring compliance with trainings and regulatory and ethical standards. **Key Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain a robust network of healthcare professionals + Support and supervise HCP engagement activities with Patient Support Programs + Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on network effectiveness. + Identify opportunities for network growth and improvement. + Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and local compliance requirements. + Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery. + Train HCPs and PSP Staff on medical products and devices. + Develop and maintain relative educational materials and knowledge base. + Educate and support patients in Patient Support Programs. + Manage swift scheduling of healthcare professionals. **Qualifications required** + Degree of AEI/ATEI in Nursing + Previous experience in a relevant field + Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office + Fluency in English + Driving License **Skills / Personality** + Strong communication skills + Team Spirit + Ability to travel IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
