The **Associate** is charged with providing multifaceted support of service office functions. The position is responsible for overseeing field employee recruiting/onboarding/conversion as well as ongoing employee compliance monitoring/coordination. This position also requires administrative and project support to your Supervisor as requested. This is an entry-level professional position and will offer training and continuing education. Responsibilities: + Recruiting/Onboarding/Conversion + Employee Compliance + Supply ordering + General administrative functions + Special projects + Supporting Client Service Managers + You’ll help lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your office’s caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations. + Sharing responsibility for your team, you’ll develop communicative relationships with client, employees and stakeholders.
