Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals including physicians, dietitians, and nurses to promote and provide support for our nutritional products.
- Educate healthcare providers on the benefits and proper use of nutritional products, including assistance in therapy development and patient management.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and training sessions to enhance the understanding of nutritional products and their applications in patient care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical affairs, to develop tailored strategies and materials that meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Identify potential new product opportunities or areas for expansion based on market research and feedback from healthcare providers.
- Provide timely feedback from healthcare providers to internal teams to improve products and streamline support services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and clinical guidelines to effectively position our products within the healthcare community.
- Track and report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to ensure compliance with company objectives and industry regulations.
- Serve as a reliable resource for questions related to nutrition science, dietary recommendations, and product-related inquiries.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Biology, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., Registered Dietitian Nutritionist - RDN) is a plus.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a medical representative or healthcare nutrition role.
- Strong knowledge of nutritional science, clinical guidelines, and dietary management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Proven track record of building relationships and collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools to track interactions and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ethical practices and compliance within the healthcare sector.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is an advantage.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to nutrition and dietary supplements.
- Proficient in data analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions.
