Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Senior Healthcare Marketplace Agent Broker to join their team. This role oversees key functions including Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) processes, certification requirements, and compliance with federal laws and regulations. The position involves analyzing performance metrics, KPIs, and leading indicators to generate actionable insights that drive operational improvements. It requires the development of executive-level reports and strategic position papers to inform leadership and stakeholders. The role collaborates closely with technical teams to translate business needs into effective technological solutions, supporting innovation in the agent and broker pathway. Additionally, it includes conducting in-depth process analyses to identify optimization opportunities, monitoring regulatory changes to ensure compliance, and contributing to risk management by identifying potential challenges and proposing mitigation strategies to support successful project outcomes. Compensation: $65/hr. -- 75/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
