The role of the Healthcare Vertical Senior Marketing Manager will be a highly motivated individual and key contributor to the growth of the Siemens Smart Infrastructure Healthcare business. This person will be the subject matter expert in the Healthcare Vertical market domain. The incumbent will develop the marketing strategy that aligns with the mission goals and objectives of the Healthcare business. This includes but is not limited to driving the overall strategy, go-to-market, competitive analysis, identifying portfolio gaps based on customer’s needs, use case development, understanding personas and bringing value propositions, content development and thought leadership.
The candidate should have experience driving cross functional teams within a matrix organization. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a clear and concise Healthcare marketing strategy across the full Smart Infrastructure portfolio. Ability to influence and lead without authority will be central to the success. This position will report to the Vice President of the Healthcare Vertical and interact in a matrixed organizational environment.

This position will be remote in the US.
Role Description
Developing and owning the Healthcare vertical marketing strategy, including targeted programs to drive revenue growth.
Analyzing industry trends and digital technology advancements to find opportunities for digitalization and innovation.
Conducting competitive market analysis to identify new threats and opportunities; provide recommendations based on customer meetings and research.
Developing customer segment business strategies and deliver marketing programs to support these strategies.
Serving as a support to sales teams nationwide to enhance strategic account development in targeted geographies
Curating a mix of business intelligence resources to drive strategic growth for geographic territories across the US

Basic Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Healthcare Marketing or Sales with US Healthcare systems5+ years of Strategic Marketing specific to Go to Market, Market Segmentation, Market Data Analysis and Marketing Campaigns5+ years of experience developing use cases, case studies and sales pitch decks. 3+ years of experience in managing marketing or sales budgets and optimizing return on investment 3+ years’ experience supporting healthcare specific product(s), service(s) and solutions based on valuable differentiations within the Medical Technology (MT), Operational Technology (OT) or Information Technology space. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization Willingness and ability to travel 20%- 30% of the time, domesticPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred. Advanced degrees are desirable. High level of proficiency in US Healthcare Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and Healthcare Systems and national healthcare associations (ASHE, AHA, The Joint Commission, DNV, etc). Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with healthcare facility management and operations. Minimum 3-5 years of previous successes in strategic and tactical marketing, with associated results. Minimum 3-5 years of high proficiency in project and program management managing cross-functional or business teams.Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. The pay range for this position is $89,670-$153,720 and is eligible for 10% Annual Incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
