**Responsibilities** **Conduct research using primary data sources, and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends** **Draft pitch materials, investor targeting analyses and materials on transaction execution and process** **Maintain databases on equity transactions, offering syndicates, investor activity, and other metrics regularly used in pitchbooks** **Work closely with issuer clients on financing transactions and guide them through the capital raising process, including structuring, trading color and broader execution needs** **Liaise and act as the “bridge” with internal teams such as ECM syndicate, coverage teams, sales & trading and equity research** **Skills** + Determine and analyze trends from data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making. + Apply appropriate analytical processes and procedures to support research schedules. + Interpret data by examining patterns, trends, relationships, and implications to draw meaningful conclusions and answer critical questions. + Professionally interpret financial information to support business decision making.
