We’re recruiting a Healthcare Development Manager (maternity cover) to support growth within the smoking cessation category, working strategically across primary and secondary care.

About the role

This is a highly visible, field‑based role where you will:

Build strong relationships with NHS stakeholders and key influencersSupport the development and implementation of local smoking cessation initiativesDeliver education and training to influence prescribing behaviourTranslate national guidance into impactful local programmesWork collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to drive regional performance

About you

ABPI qualifiedStrong experience working with NHS stakeholdersBackground in pharmaceutical / healthcare sales or account managementConfident presenter with excellent influencing and relationship‑building skillsMotivated, strategic, and passionate about healthcare and behaviour change
