Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with one of the nation's largest real estate companies to add an In House Counsel to focus on healthcare compliance to its growing legal team. This team focuses on investments in the healthcare space, including residential wellness and healthcare centers across the U.S.

Ideal Experience:

4+ years' experience (law firm or in house) handling healthcare compliance in relation to transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial real estate ownership transfersDeep knowledge of regulatory compliance (CHC certification is a plus!)Managing data/analytics across a large real estate portfolio Proven ability to manage legal support staff and outside counsel
