Healthcare Center Practice Manager
+ DESCRIPTION OF POSITION + The Practice Manager oversees the assigned healthcare centers clinically, operationally, and fiscally. He/she oversees the scheduler in establishing work schedules and assignments for staff. The Practice Manager will support and monitor compliance between departments, providers, staff, and regulatory guidelines. He/she will direct, supervise, and evaluate work activities of staff and monitor staff attendance. + QUALIFICATIONS + Professional/Educational + Bachelor Degree in a healthcare related discipline or Nursing License (BSN) required + Five years of healthcare or business experience required, of which at least three years have been in supervisory, managerial, or charge person role. + Leadership experience in a complex medical office or relevant setting. + Basic proficiency in computer skills: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Meditech, and eClinicalWorks experience helpful, but not required. + Some knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and billing, Medicare, and other regulatory compliance. + DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion Required. + Personal + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to maintain and establish excellent customer relationships. + Ability to work independently. + Demonstrated ability to manage both clinical and non-clinical. + Proven leadership and interpersonal skills. + Capable of accepting new challenges and development of programs from start to finish. + Ability to promote team building skills and to empower others. + Be a person of integrity and character, willing to embrace change and make a positive impact in the lives of patients and co-workers. + Ability to work with staff members at all levels of the organization in a cooperative, team-oriented manner. Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
