Healthcare Business Development Representative  

We’re looking for a Healthcare Business Development Representative to support a growing healthcare organization expanding across Alberta. This full?time, permanent role suits someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and helping patients access care that can truly improve their quality of life.

Our client operates community?based sleep care clinics that help patients manage sleep apnea through education, testing and ongoing support. This is not pharmaceutical or medical device sales. The role is focused on building strong referral relationships with physicians and clinical teams so patients can be connected to the care they need.

The Healthcare Business Development Representative will cover Edmonton and surrounding communities.

Role responsibilities:

Build new relationships with family physicians, pulmonologists and sleep-related practices Educate clinics on sleep apnea care and patient pathways Schedule and conduct regular visits, presentations and lunch-and-learns Track outreach and referral activity in internal systems Support clinics with high-quality referrals and community engagement

The successful candidate has:

Experience in healthcare, pharma, dental, optometry or related sales Post-secondary education is an asset Strong communication, curiosity and professionalism Comfort with metrics, KPIs and using technology daily A genuine interest in patient care and health outcomes A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

Compensation and benefits:

Salary range: $65,000 – $95,000 OTE, depending on experience Monthly bonus program with multiple earning tiers $750/month vehicle allowance Comprehensive benefits package
