The Analytics & Consulting team within the EMEA Business Division is a Center of Excellence (CoE) comprising 150+ practitioners from diverse professional backgrounds. The CoE supports decision‑making across brands and markets by delivering insights and solutions in Go‑To‑Market (GTM) strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Launch Excellence, Market & Opportunity Assessment, Brand Performance, and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE).
This role is responsible for delivering analytics projects and contributing to the development of new offerings, enabling business‑critical insights for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Participate in the development and delivery of analytics projects or specific components of large and complex engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and on‑time delivery
Perform data analysis and synthesize findings into clear, insight‑driven presentations
Support projects involving descriptive analytics, visualization, and sales force effectiveness
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, clients, and parallel teams on a day‑to‑day basis
Contribute to solution innovation and development of new analytics offerings
Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to derive actionable business insights
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
Functional Expertise
Experience in analytics and consulting within the Pharma / Healthcare domain
2-3 years of hands‑on experience across a broad range of projects including
Experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (Segmentation, Targeting), Data visualization and reporting)
Descriptive analysis using transactional data
Qualitative and desk‑based research supporting strategy and consulting engagements
Market assessment and opportunity sizing
Technical Expertise
Intermediate Microsoft Excel
SQL and Power Query
Power BI and PowerPoint
Basic Python
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Adaptable and able to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
