Major Responsibilities:
Communication and Coordination:Answer phones, relay messages, and manage communication systems. Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers of patients. Facilitate communication between the healthcare team, patients, and families. Record Management:Maintain and update electronic health records. Prepare and manage patient charts and other documentation. Ensure accurate and timely filing of medical records. Administrative Support:Schedule patient appointments, tests, and procedures. Order medical supplies and manage inventory. Transcribe doctor's orders and other medical documentation. Patient Support:Greet and assist patients and visitors. Address patient inquiries and concerns. Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy.
