ROLE SUMMARY
This role is responsible for GPO and Health systems analytics and insights, which operates in the US Hospital business that generates $1.6B+ in Net revenue annually with a complex portfolio comprised of 180+ molecules across 600+ NDCs across 300+ managed contracts, which are managed by 25+ customer facing health system/National GPO/Trade Directors.

Customer-Facing Insights & Reporting
Develop strategic, customer-facing reports for accounts with agreements and programs, enabling performance tracking and contract measurement in collaboration with RBDs, NGDs, and HSDsTranslate complex financial and operational data into actionable models and insights that help customers evaluate Pfizer’s programs, contract offerings, and accelerate adoption and uptakeCreate impact reports to assess the effectiveness of initiatives led by Hospital leadership, portfolio teams, or HSDsCustomer Engagement & Strategic Support
Contribute to customer meetings alongside HSD/NGD colleagues to present analytic findings or assist in resolution of customer challengesProvide recommendations to improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and enhance system functionalityAct as a strategic partner to cross-functional colleagues, helping CFCs focus on customer needs by removing barriers and accelerating Pfizer’s responsivenessCross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with teams across USMA (GAV), Rebates & Contracting, PCO, GBS, Customer Service, Portfolio, and Sales Deployment to align on strategies and deliver operational efficiencies.Design and launch pilot programs and innovative commercial models to drive customer impact.Lead national-scale programs and projects to successful completion, managing sustainable change in response to evolving market and customer dynamics.Advanced Reporting & Analytics
Produce specialized reports including:GPO & Thrombin market shareRegional GPO contract performanceIDN margin reportingApexus and government performancePerform IDN GPP troubleshooting with Contract Strategy and Digital teamsChampion the transition to SMART by becoming a Hospital BU SME and migrating appropriate reporting to the new platform.Develop new reports and ways of working for CFCs that leverage the AI capabilities of established Tableau and SMART reporting toolsData Quality & System Integrity
Validate and maintain IDN alignment in Alignment HUB using IQVIA and HSD insights for roster-based contracts.Triage HSD concerns related to customer setup, DEA/HIN updates, and GPO contract linkage using PRIME and other systems.Navigate and integrate multiple data sources including:SMART (CDW), BOBJ, USMA Tableau (GPO, Value Stacking, IDN GPP dashboards)GTCS/NEO, SAP Product Master, Alignment HUBeSET membership and GPO managementValkreOperational Excellence
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with urgent, customer-driven deadlines.Continuously improve data accuracy, reporting simplicity, and system effectiveness.Qualifications

In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
