Lidera programas de reincorporación sociolaboral y asegura el cumplimiento normativo. **Lo que harás** + Revisar, evaluar y analizar los entornos de trabajo, y diseñar programas y procedimientos para controlar, eliminar y prevenir enfermedades o lesiones causadas por factores físicos, químicos y ergonómicos. + Mejorar las condiciones de trabajo para prevenir lesiones y promover el bienestar de los trabajadores mediante el seguimiento a los Sistemas de Vigilancia Epidemiológica (SVE). El enfoque principal será adaptar el lugar de trabajo al trabajador para optimizar la eficiencia y reducir riesgos. + Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas locales vigentes y de los estándares corporativos. + Gestionar adicionalmente el programa de reincorporación sociolaboral y realizar estudios de ergonomía. **Lo que buscamos** + Título universitario en Terapia Ocupacional, Fisioterapia, y/o Enfermería, con Especialización en Ergonomía y/o Especialización en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. + Mínimo 5 años de experiencia comprobada en procesos de ergonomía y/o en seguridad y salud en el trabajo. + Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en procesos de manufactura o industriales. **Lo que te hará destacar** + Experiencia en la gestión de SVE, manejo de casos de reincorporación y elaboración de estudios de puestos de trabajo. + Habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipos interdisciplinarios, capacidad para resolver desafíos, liderazgo, creatividad y excelentes relaciones interpersonales. \#LI-RB3 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
