WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Health & Safety Responsible, you are responsible for developing and executing the health and safety strategy across the sales market to ensure compliance and safe working conditions.

You will:

Develop, implement and maintain health and safety policies aligned with company standards and local regulationsConduct risk assessments, audits and investigations, and drive corrective and preventive actionsLead crisis and incident management processes, including reporting, analysis and follow-upAct as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, authorities and external partners on health and safety topicsPromote a strong safety culture through training, communication and continuous improvement initiatives

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will collaborate closely with Retail Operations, People, Legal, global Sustainability and Facilities teams, as well as external authorities and partners. The role requires strong cross-functional alignment to ensure health and safety standards are consistently applied across the sales market.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…

A bachelor’s degree in occupational health, safety, environmental sciences or a related fieldProfessional certification in health and safety is preferredSeveral years of experience in health and safety management, ideally in a multi-site or retail environmentExperience with audits, incident management and compliance with regulatory frameworksSolid knowledge of local health and safety legislation and standards
